MARINA GATEWAY DUPLEX APARTMENTS

The apartments are located in the Didim area of Altinkum holiday resort. The complex will be split between 3 blocks and in total there will be 6 x 1 bedroom apartments, 15 x 2 bedroom apartments and 12 x 3 bedroom duplex apartments. In the grounds, there will be a communal swimming pool measuring 50m2 with child’s section and a communal garden area. Each duplex apartment will have 3 bedrooms, balconies, an open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom and a guest WC. On the top floor of each duplex will be a large sun terrace with open views, built in BBQ and a storage cupboard. Annual maintenance for Marina Gateway will be approximately £350.
